When I first started fly fishing I used to spend a lot of time on the Sac (and still do). High on my list of access points was Knighton Island. If flows allowed, it was always one of my favorite places to wade on and around due to the amount and productivity of riffle water. This property is located just downstream of the island and its many rambunctious rainbows. It also grants you direct access to the area as the adjacent property to the North is designated as Open Space by the City of Redding (Also means no neighbors). Two parcels available separately or together, see Riverfront Property.
