This is a great Trinity River waterfront property for the avid steelhead fisherman with wade-in access in the Steel Bridge Rd area of Douglas City, a section of river known for its productive steelhead fishing. This Northern California riverfront property is located in a section of nicer homes and is very private feeling. A custom deck overlooks the river and is perfect for relaxing, entertaining and watching steelhead and salmon swim by. The residence is a two bedroom, two bathroom, very nice manufactured home with an open living room/kitchen/dining area with views of the River. Located on 5 ac. The parcel crosses the river, so no BLM buffer strip and no rear neighbors! More info…

Fly fishing B&B for only $449,000
Most of the action (which also means most of the people) seems to be from Junction City on downstream, although there are fish throughout the system. A few hours of fishing last Sunday afternoon (11/18/12) in the Junction City area resulted in one fish landed and several other hookups. With Salmon still in the system there’s a pretty good egg bite, otherwise Mercer’s Poxyback Golden Stones, October Caddis, red Copper Johns and Psycho princes pretty much have you covered. Fall is a beautiful time for fly fishing for steelhead on the Trinity River!
