The Area

Popular activities include kayaking; both white water on the Upper Sac and stillwater in the regions numerous lakes, hiking; the Pacific Crest Trail runs nearby and there are many other trails to nearby lakes and mountains, including the nearby Castle Crags State Park; fishing; the Upper Sac is right in the backyard but other popular destinations are the nearby McCloud, Lower Sac, Hat Creek, Fall River and countless other lakes and streams.
